Servicing Website Guide — Steps 1–5

Visit the Servicing Website

Go to the GMCC servicing portal.

Click “Register” (top right)

New users select Register in the header.

Toggle: “Register using your old loan number”

Switch the toggle to Yes so you can register with your GMCC loan number.

Enter your GMCC loan number

Type your loan number and click Next.

Complete fields 2–5

Fill in your details to finish setting up your account.
